Welcome the energy of spring with the Black to Yoga family! Together, we’ll explore the energy and concept of growth.   Our intention is to co-create a space where students feel empowered to explore their creativity, honor playtime, connect with their foundations and nourish the spirit. 

DJ Cecil - a Bay Area treasure - will be curating the music for the yoga class and Doc T will take us to the next level with a 30 minute sound bath.
